One number. A live read on whether your business follows through.
Built from the commitments already in your record. As they’re kept over time, missed or made right, the Score changes with them — showing what’s shaping it and where attention belongs next.
Today’s reading, and what shapes it
Met on or before their date
9 commitments across 7 customers. None is currently weighing against the reading. Meeting a commitment is expected operating behavior, not a one-for-one bonus.
Recently late, now resolved
1 commitment · easing off over the coming weeks. A commitment that ran 21 days past its recorded deadline was resolved 6 days ago on September 11, 2026. The current problem has ended; the miss is still recent and fades over the coming weeks.
Due today, still open
2 commitments. They do not affect the reading unless their recorded deadline passes while they remain open.
Recorded customer contact
A recorded customer contact does not move the Score by itself.
Why it moved.
Forty days of the reading — weeks of deadlines kept, one that passed its date still open, and what the reading remembers of it.
Score history for the last 40 days. The reading was 88 on August 8, 2026, and it strengthened with clean days to 91 by August 21, 2026 while recorded deadlines kept arriving and being met. On August 22, 2026 a Halvorsen Bros. Millwork commitment was one day past its recorded deadline and still open, and the reading was 82. It kept weakening while the commitment stayed open, to 72 on September 10, 2026. The commitment was completed on September 11, 2026, and most of what it weighed lifted the same day: the reading was 83. Today, September 17, 2026, it is 84, and the miss is still remembered, fading over the coming weeks.
The number is earned, and it can be repaired. Most of it came back the day the work was finished. There was nothing to appeal, and nobody to ask.
The longer it stays open, the more it weighs.

Completed. The miss remains, and its weight keeps fading.

Recovering as the miss fades
Volume cannot buy a better number.
Logging more did not move it. Follow-through, held over time, did. Across these two weeks, routine activity continued throughout; the reading strengthened as recorded commitments continued to be met.
What the Score measures.
It measures
The Score answers one simple question:
Did we do what we said we would do, when we said we would do it?
It asks it of every commitment your team records in CAPSEAD, against the date your business set.
- On time. You followed through when you said you would.
- Late. A missed commitment weighs on the Score while it remains unresolved.
- Made right. Completing it matters: most of its weight lifts the same day, and the rest fades over the coming weeks.
- History stays honest. Moving or deleting a commitment does not erase what happened.
- Every change has a reason. Open the Score and CAPSEAD shows you what is moving it.
Not part of the Score
- Revenue, profit or credit. The Score is not a financial metric.
- Employee performance. It reads the business’s record, not individual people.
- How busy the team is. Notes, contact and memory do not move it.
Beyond the Score
- Relationship Awareness. Shows when a customer has gone unusually quiet compared with its own recorded contact history.
- Relationship Memory. Keeps the customer context your team confirms, so no one has to remember it on their own.
